Project: Rebrand of MAN Gaming
The brief was relatively simple after the brand previously rushed an initial concept due to time restraints I was asked to take another look and re-brand the MAN Gaming brand for boohooMAN.
However I felt that the name wasn't lending itself to what we were actually offering. The games that are housed in the App were more easy to pick up light casual games that had quite a simple core mechanics. This is where I came up with MAN Arcade and the brand surrounding it. The project was a few days in the making, but relatively easy to approve as the design and art direction was so on brief. It was easy to make the artwork look and feel retro by introducing double scanlines to make it look like an old school CRT TV/Monitor and by introducing a space theme and then introducing neon lighting like an actual Arcade sign of old.


The new MAN Arcade landing page look and feel exclusively for the App to drive consumers to win prizes and ultimately spend money and shop the app. On a side note. I designed the CTAs so that they reflected the logo, which would help with brand recognition & identity as there was going to be a lot of different channels that this was going to be pushed on so it needed to have a consistent touchpoint look and feel.
